Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a parameter management and coordination method and device, capable of coordinating parameter management and improving parameter processing accuracy. The parameter management and coordination method comprises: detecting whether a received parameter modification instruction is an automatic algorithm modification instruction; if the parameter modification instruction is an automatic algorithm modification instruction, then obtaining the modification state of a system parameter required to be modified; if the modification of the system parameter obtained according to the modification state of the system parameter is completed via a non-automatic algorithm, then accepting the automatic algorithm modification instruction for modification, the automatic algorithm modification instruction, before the system parameter is modified, reanalyzing the system parameter and optimizing the parameter modification instruction according to the system parameter modified via the non-automatic algorithm; if the modification of the system parameter obtained according to the modification state of the system parameter is completed via an automatic algorithm, then re-modifying the system parameter according to the received automatic algorithm modification instruction. The embodiment of the present invention is suitable for parameter management and coordination.
