<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical agent which has a superior acid secretion inhibitory effect and is used for Helicobacter pylori sterilizing. <P>SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical agent used for Helicobacter pylori sterilizing includes a compound represented by formula (I) wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is a nitrogen-containing monocyclic heterocyclic group optionally condensed with a benzene ring or a heterocycle, the nitrogen-containing monocyclic heterocyclic group optionally condensed with a benzene ring or a heterocycle optionally has substituent(s), R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is an optionally substituted C<SB POS="POST">6-4</SB>aryl group, an optionally substituted thienyl group or an optionally substituted pyridyl group, R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>are each a hydrogen atom, or one of R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>is a hydrogen atom and the other is an optionally substituted lower alkyl group, an acyl group, a halogen atom, a cyano group or a nitro group, and R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>is an alkyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
