<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC-driven semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of reducing power consumption by simplifying a configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device comprises: a first logic operation part 10a including any load 1a which does not perform a logical operation that is performed in response to input signals and a first operation part 2a connected to the load in series and performs a logical operation in response to input signals; and a second logic operation part 10b with a configuration similar to that of the first logic operation part, which is connected to the first logic operation part 10a in parallel and includes a second operation part 2b instead of the first operation part 2a, for performing a logic operation so as to obtain an operation result complementary to a calculation result of the first operation part 2a; a holding circuit 5 connected between the first logic operation part 10a and the second logic operation part 10b, which holds an operation result; and an AC source 3 applying a high voltage and a low voltage to each of the first logic operation part 10a and the second logic operation part 10b by changing the high voltage and the low voltage in a complementary manner. The integrated semiconductor circuit device alternately performs processing of a logical operation and processing of outputting the operation result after amplifying the operation result every half cycle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
