<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve designability of a garment worn at night by installing a luminescence means. <P>SOLUTION: The night glow garment includes: a garment body 1; a power section 2; a power line 3 drawn from the power section 2; and a plurality of luminescence elements 4 connected to the power line 3. The garment body 1 adopts a kind of garment called blouse. The power section 2 includes: a box body 2a; a battery 2b stored in the box body; and a power switch 2c. The power switch 2c uses a sliding switch included in the box body 2a. The power line 3 supplies the power from the battery 2b of the power section 2 to the luminescence elements 4, and adopts conducting wires with silver coating. The respective luminescence elements 4 are mutually connected in parallel to the power line 3. A current limiting resistance 3a is installed in the middle of the power line 3. The power line 3 is arranged on the front and back surfaces as well as both sleeves of the garment body 1.
