<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small shift lever device with cost saving by utilizing a small magnet. <P>SOLUTION: The shift lever device 1 includes: a lever block (R) 2 which rotates integrally with the shift lever 21; a base block 3 which supports the lever block (R) 2 through a shift shaft 20; the magnet 230 which is held by the lever block (R) 2 to rotate around a center axis 12 of rotation operation of the lever block (R) 2; a magnetic sensor 11 for detecting magnetic action direction of the magnet 230; and a signal output part for outputting a signal which shows an operation position of the shift lever 21 according to the magnetic action direction detected by the magnetic sensor 11. In the shift lever device, an end face 211N of a lever shaft 211 composed of a ferromagnetic material contacts the magnet 230, and both of them are connected magnetically. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
