PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enhance quality of sound in a set hearing area.

SOLUTION: A division section 15 performs band division of an input acoustic signal. When performing acoustic output from speakers 30-1 to 30-5 on the basis of the input acoustic signal through plural speakers, a control section 20 arranges plural points focused by high range signal components divided by a division section 15 within a point focused by signal components lower than the divided high range signal component, so that the focused region size can be arranged regardless of the frequency component. Thereby prevention of generating areas in which the high range signal components are reduced in the set hearing area and the like is possible, and enhancement of the quality of sound is easily possible in the set hearing area.
