<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoacoustic measuring device which controls light quantity by an illumination means generated depending on differences of measurement positions so that the light quantity is optimal and enables highly accurate measurement. <P>SOLUTION: The photoacoustic measuring device includes: a holding means for holding an object to be measured; the illumination means for irradiating light from a pulse light source to the object to be measured via the holding means; and an ultrasound wave detection means for detecting ultrasound waves by light entering the object to be measured from the illumination means as an photoacoustic signal. Moreover, the photoacoustic measuring device has a light quantity adjustment means for adjusting the light quantity based on a mechanical change in the holding means, the illumination means and the ultrasound wave detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
