The method involves producing a tubular element (13) i.e. spiral-like tubular element, and arranging the tubular element in an end position. The tubular element is filled with binder e.g. concrete. An inner wall (14) of a pressure-accumulator device is arranged within the tubular element, so that the tubular element is arranged between the inner wall and an outer wall (12) that surrounds the tubular element. Intermediate spaces (15) between the inner wall and the outer wall are filled with the binder. Annular elements e.g. helical spirals, are arranged on top of each other.
