CONCENTRATION PHOTOVOLTAIC RECEIVER MODULE FOR HIGH HEAT EMISSION

PURPOSE: A high radiation concentrated type solar cell module is provided to improve a withstand voltage property by insulating and coating the surface of a lens fixing connector with heat resistive materials or performing an anodizing process. CONSTITUTION: A second condensing lens(200) collects sunlight which is firstly collected from a Fresnel lens. A first insulation layer is formed on a first heat sink. An opening part is located in the center of the first insulation layer and is formed to directly mount a solar cell on the first heat sink. A light receiving module(700) includes anode and cathode wire layers formed on the first insulation layer and the opening part. A solar cell binder(500) bonds the solar cell to the first heat sink. A solder mask(600) prevents the short of an anode and a cathode when a bonding ribbon is bonded to the anode wire layer. A lens fixing connector(300) fixes a second condensing lens to the light receiving module.
