<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a membrane electrode assembly exhibiting excellent transferability of an electrode to an electrolyte membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a membrane electrode assembly where an electrolyte membrane and an electrode are bonded includes a laminate formation step for hot pressing an electrode, containing a conductive material and an electrolyte resin and formed on a flexible substrate, together with an electrolyte membrane and forming a laminate in which the electrolyte membrane, the electrode and the flexible substrate are laminated in this order, and a bending step for bending the laminate so that the flexible substrate side becomes concave and peeling the flexible substrate from the electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
