PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diversify editing processing that is executable for speech synthesis data.

SOLUTION: A speech synthesis data editing apparatus includes: an editing processing section 34 for generating and editing speech synthesis data DB specifying sound to be synthesized by an editing program PA; a storage device 14 for storing the speech synthesis data DB generated by the editing processing section 34; a selection processing section 32 for selecting a processing object range B of the sound to be synthesized specified by the speech synthesis data DB according to instruction by a user; and an expansion editing section 36 for editing the processing object range B realized by an extension program Q selected by the user from a plurality of extension programs Q corresponding to different editing processing from each other and selected by the selection processing section 32 from the speech synthesis data DB stored in the storage device 14.
