<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain abrasion of a system for performing the transmission by a wrap spring in an electromagnetic clutch for making a transmission state and a cutoff state by switching the wrap spring to a press-fitting state and a non-press-fitting state by using an electromagnetic solenoid. <P>SOLUTION: This electromagnetic clutch includes the wrap spring 11 brought into pressure contact with an outer surface of a cylindrical part 7B on the central side of a driving pulley 7, one end side 11A of the wrap spring 11 is connected to a driving arm 12A of a driving member 12 connected to a shaft 3, and the other end side 11B of the wrap spring 11 is connected to an operation member 13 relatively freely rotatable to the shaft 3 and freely movable along the rotational axis X. The electromagnetic clutch includes an operation mechanism for making the cutoff state by releasing press-fitting to the cylindrical part 7B by twistingly operating the wrap spring 11 by checking rotation of the driving member 12 after checking rotation of the operation member 13, and includes a regulating means R for maintaining the wrap spring 11 in a set attitude in the cutoff state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
