DIFFERENTIAL TRANSFORMER TYPE MAGNETIC SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform zero adjustment on a substrate when a planar coil arranged on the substrate is made into a drive coil and a differential coil.

SOLUTION: A first differential coil 6 is a planar coil arranged on a first surface of a substrate. Five first branch lines 6c1-6c5 to which a wire rod constituting the outermost periphery of the first differential coil 6 is branched are arranged so that magnetic flux quantities passing through each of the first branch lines 6c1-6c5 are different from one another when a first drive coil 4 is driven. A second differential coil 7 is a planar coil arranged on a second surface of the substrate. Five second branch lines 7c1-7c5 to which a wire rod constituting the outermost periphery of the second differential coil 7 is branched are arranged so that magnetic flux quantities passing through each of the second branch lines 7c1-7c5 are different from one another when a second drive coil 5 is driven. Any one of the first branch lines 6c1-6c5 is selected and any one of the second branch lines 7c1-7c5 is selected to perform zero adjustment.
