<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing botulinum neurotoxin serum type A (BoNT/A). <P>SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition is decided by a process intercorrelating with a fact that there is a large amount of BoNT/A in the medicine, through a method for producing an α-SNAP-25 antibody that bonds to an epitope containing a carboxyl terminus in P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>residue from BoNT/A cleavage site cleavable binding from a SNAP-25 cutting product, a method for detecting α-SNAP-25 antibody and BoNT/A activity that bond to the epitope containing the carboxyl terminus in the P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>residue from BoNT/A cleavage site cleavable binding from the SNAP-25 cutting product, and a method for detecting α-BoNT/A neutralizing antibody. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
