PURPOSE: A method, a system, and a record medium for processing information for advertisement are provided to insert an advertisement in a message of a chatting or messenger service while users are chatting with each other though the message, thereby providing an usable advertisement in accordance with characteristics of multiple users. CONSTITUTION: A system for processing information comprises a server(100) for processing information, a record medium one(130), and a record medium two(135). The server for processing information receives a message from a user communication terminal(110) or partner communication terminal(120), outputs the received message to the user and partner communication terminals, and saves the received message to the record medium one. The server extracts common keywords of the received messages by analyzing messages between the user communication terminal and partner communication terminal. The server extracts an appropriate advertisement from advertisements stored in the record medium one, using the received message, CRM information, the location information of the user communication terminal and partner communication terminal. When the server generates and transmits a message which corresponds to the received message to a conversation agent server(140), the conversation agent server outputs the generated message to user communication terminal and the partner communication terminal.
