<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring electrical characteristics of a solar cell having a busbarless structure. <P>SOLUTION: A measurement jig for a solar battery includes: a plurality of probe pins 4 contacted with a wire electrode 3a formed on a surface of a solar cell 2; a holder 5 holding the probe pins 4; a current measurement terminal 6 composed of an array of the plurality of probe pins 4, and disposed on the wire electrode 3a, thereby measuring current characteristics of the solar cell 2; and a voltage measurement terminal 7 composed of an array of the plurality of probe pins 4, and disposed on the wire electrode 3a, thereby measuring voltage characteristics of the solar cell 2.
