PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degrading of capacity even when a ratio between an uplink sub-frame and a downlink sub-frame in each component carrier in a carrier aggregation in TDD.

SOLUTION: In a wireless communication method, a wireless base station generates a downlink control channel signal including downlink control information having carrier indicator field information, and transmits the downlink control channel signal to user terminals, the user terminal receives the downlink control channel signal, and performs signal processing for a downlink signal on the basis of the downlink control information. In this case, the carrier indicator field information refers to information in which a carrier index and an index of a sub-frame of a secondary cell subjected to scheduling are associated.
