PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating method of an output buffer circuit, capable of guaranteeing reliability independently of supply voltage or operating voltage.

SOLUTION: A sourcing control circuit 140 of an output buffer circuit 130A generates a first sourcing control signal Pg0 on the basis of an indication signal indicating a DC level. The sourcing control circuit 140 generates a second sourcing control signal Pg_bias on the basis of the indication signal. A sourcing circuit 150 supplies a first voltage VDDO to an output terminal 151 responsive to the first sourcing control signal Pg0 and the second sourcing control signal Pg_bias. A first sinking circuit 160 supplies ground voltage VSS to the output terminal 151 on the basis of a level of data Ng output from a second buffer 112. Accordingly, output data can be buffered at high speed while guaranteeing the reliability of a gate oxide of PMOS transistors P0, P1 which are used as a main driver.
