摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that measurement of a test substance for which characteristics such as a wider detection range without requiring dilution, high detection sensitivity, and on-site prompt analysis are required is requested due to progress of medical care and social needs to environmental measurement. <P>SOLUTION: To achieve the above purpose, as a result of repeated investigations by inventors, in an immunity measuring method using metal fine particles as a mark substance, etc., findings that on-site measurement having a high-sensitivity and wide detection range of a test substance is attained are obtained by being used by measuring quantity of the metal fine particles corresponding to quantity of the test substance by using a liquid electrode plasma emission spectrometric method for conventionally performing only measurement of metal element in sample solution to complete the present invention. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
