<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoacoustic vibrometer for detecting displacement or vibration of an object. <P>SOLUTION: A photoacoustic vibrometer includes: an acoustic wave source 1 for transmitting first and second acoustic waves at predetermined time intervals; an acoustic lens system 6 for converting first and second scattered waves generated by irradiating an object with the first and second acoustic waves into first and second plane sound waves; a photoacoustic medium part 8 through which the first and second plane sound waves propagate; a light source 11 for emitting at least one plane wave light flux with which two points positioned at an interval matching a distance in which the first plane sound wave propagates through the photoacoustic medium part in a predetermined time are irradiated; a light superimposition part 220 for overlapping first and second diffraction rays of light generated by the photoacoustic medium part by at least one plane wave light flux being diffracted by the first and second plane sound waves, and for generating superimposed diffraction rays of light; an image forming lens system 16 for converging the superimposed diffraction rays of light; and an image reception part 17 for detecting the converged diffraction rays of light, and for outputting an electric signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
