摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a constant security monitoring system for preventing accidents by sensing magnetic changes, noises, vibrations, and sparks in a site where a power grid or a power facility is installed, and by checking the state of an object. The system comprises: a magnetically actuated sensor including a first piezoelectric single crystal having a magnetic material coated thereon, being installed in an object included in a power grid or a power facility, including a power supply independent of the power grid or the power facility, and outputting a magnetic sensing signal corresponding to a displacement when the displacement occurs in the first piezoelectric single crystal due to a magnetic material affected by an electric field formed by a current flowing through the object; a converter for receiving and transmitting the magnetic sensing signal from the magnetically actuated sensor through wired and wireless communication networks; a viewer for receiving the magnetic sensing signal from the magnetically actuated sensor and displaying same, wherein the signal is transmitted through the wired and wireless communication networks from the site where the object is installed, and for providing a function for confirming the state of the object; and an integration server for operating the power grid or the power facility, receiving, from the magnetically actuated sensor, the magnetic sensing signal which is transmitted through the wired and wireless communication networks, confirming the state of the object, providing state information on the object in response to a request by the viewer through the wired and wireless communication networks, and operating and controlling the object.</p>
