A flat-panel display device (20), a stereo display device (30), and a liquid crystal display device. The flat-panel display device (20) comprises a backlight system (21) and a display panel (22). The backlight system (21) comprises a light source (25), a light-diffusion mechanism (24), and a back frame (23), the back frame (23) supporting the light source (25) and the light-diffusion mechanism (24). The back frame (23) comprises at least two main assembly components and at least one secondary assembly component, the two main assembly components assembling to form the main frame structure (27) of the back frame (23), and the secondary assembly component being provided in the main frame structure and assembling with the main frame structure. The back frame further comprises a support bracket (61) fastened on the main assembly component or the secondary component, and a heat sink fins assembly (62) provided on the support bracket (61). The support bracket (61) serves to fasten a circuit board (63) and forms a thermal connection between the circuit board (63) and the heat sink fins assembly (62). The back frame (23) is formed by means of assembling, and therefore has a simple structure and reduced manufacturing costs. At the same time, the support bracket (61) having a heat sink fins assembly (62) is used to fasten the circuit board (63), thereby enhancing the radiating efficiency of the circuit board (63).
