A back frame (23) of a flat-panel display device (20) and a backlight system thereof (21). The back frame (23) comprises at least two main fitting elements (231, 232, 233, and 234). The at least two main fitting elements (231, 232, 233, and 234) are fitted to form a main frame bracket of the back frame (23). The back frame (23) further comprises a conductive cable protecting structure (50). The conductive cable protecting structure (50) is used for housing a flexible circuit board or conductive cable (51). A mold for the back frame (23) and for the back frame of the backlight system (23) thereof is structurally simple, allows for reduced costs of the back frame mold, conserves materials of the back frame, thus reducing costs of the flat-panel display device (20), and has the advantage in that the flexible circuit board or conductive cable (51) is protected.
