The temperature sensor (1) is provided with a sensor element (10) having: a temperature-sensitive body (2) of which the electrical resistance changes depending on the temperature; a pair of lead lines (4) electrically connected to the temperature-sensitive body (2); a sealing material (5) that seals the lead lines (4) within a predetermined range from the section connected to the temperature-sensitive body (2) and the temperature-sensitive body (2); a coated heat-resistant line (7) that is connected to each of the pair of lead lines (4) led out from the sealing end (6) of the sealing material (5); and a ceramic material (9) covering from the sealing end (6) to the connection section (8) at which the lead lines (4) and the coated heat-resistant line (7) are connected.</p>
