A backlight system (21) comprising an LED light source (51). The LED light source (51) comprises an LED light (511) and an LED substrate (512) carrying the LED light (511). A back frame (23) is arranged under the LED substrate (512) and comprises at least two main fitting elements (232 and 234). The at least two main fitting elements (232 and 234) are assembled to form a main frame bracket of the back frame (23). A PCB board (52) is arranged under the back frame (23) and fixed on the LED substrate (512). The backlight system (21) conserves materials for and space on the back frame (23), thus reducing costs of the backlight system (21).
