<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide exhibiting a good cell membrane penetration, and accomplishing efficient drug transportation. <P>SOLUTION: The membrane-penetrating peptide has 12 or more amino acids in length, wherein ≥80% of the amino acid residues is a histidine residue. Moreover a method of extracellularly producing a protein includes: bonding a polynucleotide coding the peptide and a polynucleotide coding the target protein; and incorporating the resultant in a vector to introduce the resultant in a cell, thereby intracellularly developing a fused protein, and extracellularly releasing the fused protein through a cell membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
