BACKUP DEVICE AND BACKUP METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backup device capable of surely switching from control analog signals to prescribed signals and inputting them to a control target device.

SOLUTION: The backup device includes: a control analog signal abnormality detector 302 which receives input of the control analog signals to be used for controlling a control target device 2 and detects abnormality of the inputted control analog signals; a prescribed signal generator 303 which generates the prescribed signals set beforehand; and a switching circuit 304 which switches the control analog signals and the prescribed signals and outputs them on the basis of a detection result of the control analog signal abnormality detector 302. The control analog signals or the prescribed signals outputted from the switching circuit 304 are outputted to the control target device 2.
