<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piezoelectric device which has good frequency temperature characteristics and excellent short-term stability. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device includes a piezoelectric vibration element (10), a temperature-sensitive component (30), and a container (20) for housing them, and mounting terminals (22a-22d) are provided at the bottom of the container (20). The piezoelectric device is configured such that the mounting terminal (22b) and the piezoelectric vibration element (10) are electrically connected by first thermally conductive parts (23a, 23d) and a first wiring pattern (26a), and the mounting terminal (22c) and the temperature-sensitive component (30) are electrically connected by a second thermally conductive part (24b) and a second wiring pattern (26b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
