<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the frequent activation and stop of a drain pump and the idling of the drain pump. <P>SOLUTION: A draining control means activates a drain pump 20 when a detected water level becomes equal to or higher than a set draining level L1. Then, the means starts to count a set draining period when the detected water level becomes lower than the set draining level L1 due to the activation of the drain pump 20.
