<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a stator in which insulation paper is hard to slip when being inserted. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a stator includes: an insulation paper inserting step of preparing an insertion jig 100 having a slot shape groove 31 that is located in the shaft direction of a stator 10 and opens to an inner periphery side, a first push-in punch 1 that advances and retreats in the radial direction into the slot shape groove, and a second push-in punch 5 that advances and retreats in the shaft direction, and of thrusting the center part of insulation paper from the inner periphery side to the outer periphery side by the first push-in punch 1 in a state in which both ends of the insulation paper are folded to the contact surface side of a stator coil, to insert the insulation paper into the slot shape groove; and an insulation paper moving step of positioning the slot shape groove 31 and slot 7 in the shaft direction, and of inserting, after the first push-in punch 1 is pulled back to the inner periphery side until the midway, the insulation paper into the slot shape groove and thrusting from the shaft direction by the second push-in punch 5 to move the insulation paper into the slot. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
