<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce equipment cost, while efficiently sterilizing a chamber of an isolator. <P>SOLUTION: This sterilizer includes a case body which has a connective section for connecting with a chamber for operation in which an operator performs operation, a chamber for sterilization which can communicate with the chamber for operation through the connective section, a sterilizing gas producing device which is provided in the upper part of the chamber for sterilization, and a sterilizing gas supply circuit which supplies at least the chamber for sterilization with sterilizing gas produced in the sterilizing gas producing device. The chamber for sterilization has a first door for putting in a sterilization object from outside and taking it outside, a second door provided in the connective section for communicating with the chamber for operation, and a sterilization gas introducing port for introducing the sterilizing gas produced in the sterilizing gas producing device. The sterilizing gas supply circuit has a first gas supply circuit which supplies the sterilizing gas introducing port of the chamber for sterilization with the sterilizing gas, and a second gas supply circuit which has in one end thereof an output port for supplying the chamber for operation with the sterilizing gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
