<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator opening degree detection device of a vehicle by which favorable accelerator operation feeling can be obtained while obtaining a constantly-stable hysteresis characteristic, and which is simple in structure. <P>SOLUTION: An annular spring accommodation groove 12 surrounding a steering handle H is formed at a sensor case 5 which is fixed to the rod-shaped steering handle H, a first flat spiral spring 20A constituted by winding a plurality of steel plate-made elastic band plates and a second flat spiral spring 20B constituted by laminating a plurality of synthetic-resin made elastic band plates on metal-made elastic band plates and winding them are accommodated in the spring accommodation groove 12, at least the external periphery end of the first flat spiral spring 20A is locked to the sensor case 5 and the internal peripheral end is locked to the rotor 6 in order to constitute a return spring by using the first and second flat spiral springs 20A, 20B, and the rotor 6 is energized to an initial position by set loads of the first and second flat spiral springs 20A, 20B in expansion directions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
