The invention relates to an electronically controllable brake device, having an activation apparatus, in particular a brake pedal, a master brake cylinder arrangement with at least two piston-cylinder units arranged in parallel, and a reservoir vessel, which are connected to wheel brakes via hydraulic lines and valves and to a booster device. According to the invention, a valve device (BV1, BV2, EA) which can be actuated electrically is provided between the brake circuits which are assigned to the piston-cylinder units (16, 17), in order to permit the controlled transfer of hydraulic fluid between the brake circuits (bypass) and the reservoir vessel (24). |
