COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND TRANSMISSION UNIT USED FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to exchange data between a first terminal communicating by use of a transmission signal and a second terminal communicating by use of a superimposition signal superimposed on the transmission signal.

SOLUTION: When a transmission unit 1 detects an interrupt signal generated by a first monitor terminal 211 in the interrupt band of a transmission signal, the transmission unit 1 transmits response request data to the first monitor terminal 211 from a response request unit 12 in the next transmission band. A response receiving unit 13 receives response data transmitted in the next response band by the first monitor terminal 211 having generated the interrupt signal in response to the response request data. A band securing unit 17 transmits securing data to secure the response band for superimposing a superimposition signal by prohibiting transmission of the response data at the next response band in the transmission band triggered by particular response data. The transmission unit 1 transmits control data by a superimposition signal from a superimposition communication unit 16 to a second control terminal 222 in the response band secured by the securing data.
