<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of being soldered with good workability. <P>SOLUTION: Wiring sections 24a, 24b are arranged on an LED substrate 22 in the lighting device, and ends of the wiring sections 24a, 24b exposed from insulating layers 25a, 25b become a terminal pair for supplying power to LEDs 23.
