<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain off-load in MBMS multicast distribution by providing means for performing multicast distribution from a receiving UE to another UE, when an identical content is simultaneously distributed to UEs in different networks. <P>SOLUTION: In the MBMS multicast distribution, if the identical content is simultaneously distributed to the UEs in the different networks, traffic off-load of the conventional network route is obtained by performing direct multicast distribution from a UE, having a multicast router function, receiving under management of a service operator to another UE. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
