PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a conductive substrate that forms a conductive layer having conductivity and water resistance at a surface of various insulation substrates.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a conductive substrate in which a substrate fixed with a compound (A) having an amino group is contacted with a solution or a dispersed liquid containing a conductive polymer (B) having a sulfonate group and/or carboxyl group.
