<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply circuit capable of achieving higher response speed by being equipped with a DC-DC conversion circuit using feedforward type ΔΣ modulation control. <P>SOLUTION: The switching power supply circuit comprises: a DC-DC conversion circuit 71; and a control circuit 70. The control circuit 70 includes an error amplifier 72, a FF type ΔΣ modulation circuit 73 and a drive circuit 74. When an input voltage is input into a DC-DC conversion circuit 71, the output voltage is ΔΣ modulation controlled through the error amplifier 72, an FF type ΔΣ modulation circuit 73, and the drive circuit 74 to obtain an output voltage from the DC-DC conversion circuit 71.
