<p>One laminated capacitor (100) of the present invention comprises, in one section thereof, a structure wherein electrode layers (20a, ..., 20e) and dielectric layers (30a, ..., 30d) are alternately layered at least twice. In addition, the dielectric layers (30a, ..., 30d) in the laminated capacitor (100) comprise a laminated oxide of: a first oxide layer constituted by an oxide comprising bismuth and niobium, or an oxide (which can include unavoidable impurities) comprising bismuth, zinc, and niobium; and a second oxide layer constituted by one type of oxide (which can include unavoidable impurities) selected from a group including an oxide comprising lanthanum and tantalum, an oxide comprising lanthanum and zirconium, and an oxide comprising strontium and tantalum.</p> |
