The vehicle has two small, rubber-tired support wheels (1) with a suspension (2) moved at a linkage (4) equipped with a cable-, lever- or electromotor hinge mechanism (3) such that the suspension is retracted while driving and extended to securely stabilize the vehicle in a standing condition at a traffic signal. Lightweight folding doors (7) are exposed against dirty splash-water from passing vehicles when driven. The folding doors are made of plastic material, aluminum, iron and textile material and provided with frames. The support wheels are coupled with a tachometer.
