The plastic cover (12) has a cover main structure that is arranged to cover the upper side of multi-corrugated board (10). The openings (24,26) are formed on cover main structure corresponding to the inlet chamber (16) and outlet chamber (18) of sample chamber (14). The fluid is supplied to inlet chamber from outside through respective opening when cover is assembled on multi-corrugated board. An independent claim is included for a multi-corrugated board.
