PURPOSE: A cooling system for a vessel, an operation control method, and a vessel including the same are provided to minimize power waste by changing the number of rotation of a clear water pump and a seawater pump according to a temperature difference value of an inlet and an outlet of a cooler. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system(10) for a vessel comprises a clear water line(41), a clear pump(43), a seawater line(53), a seawater pump(55), first and second temperature sensors(45,47), a frequency converter device(80), and a control unit(70). The first temperature sensor senses a first temperature of clear water at an inlet side of a cooler, and the second temperature sensor senses a second temperature of the clear water at an outlet side of the cooler. The control unit controls the number of rotation of the clear water pump and the seawater pump through the frequency converter device based on a temperature difference value of the first and second temperature sensed by the first and second temperature sensors.
