A distribution valve and a high-pressure pump comprising the distribution valve. The distribution valve comprises an upper valve body (2) provided with an upper cavity (21), a lower valve body (3) provided with a lower cavity (31), and a middle partition board (4). The upper cavity (21) is in communication with a medium inlet (22), and the lower cavity (31) is in communication with a medium outlet (32). When a valve core (5) rotates clockwise or anticlockwise, one group of a group of a first cavity body (211) and the medium inlet (22) and a group of a third cavity body (311) and the medium outlet (32) is communicated, and the other group is not communicated; and one group of a group of a second cavity body (212) and the medium inlet (22) and a group of a fourth cavity body (312) and the medium outlet (32) is communicated, and the other group is not communicated. The structural design of the distribution valve can achieve continuous pumping of a fluid medium such as water, under the driving of an external power, and the reversing time is short, thereby avoiding cutoff.
