I( AR The TMat is an innovative design of an exercise mat shaped in a T which allows the user to occupy a predetermined workout space for standing, sitting and body-to-the-ground exercise. The TMat can be used for exercise purpose including general exercise, yoga, pilates, stretching, Tai-Chi, Pre- and Post-Pregnancy exercises, etc. The TMat is made of layer/s of an environmentally friendly substance which has soft rubber-like properties and is assembled in either one piece or multiple parts using either concealed joins or visible joins or both. The TMat is slip resistant, double-sided, anti-microbial, layered, colourful and comfortable. The TMat is made in different lengths and thicknesses ranging from 185cm in length and width and anywhere from 3mm - 8mm in thickness.
