Abstract A template apparatus including; a template component formed to provide an external periphery conforming substantially to the outline of a service outlet and having ruler guides; two ruler components, each having an elongate lineal measure marking face with lineal measures marked thereon and two side edges, each edge being substantially straight and parallel to the other and sized for slidable engagement one with each of the ruler guides of the template component, the ruler guides being arranged such that each ruler component is substantially at right angles to the other; and engagement means operably interposed between each ruler guide and the ruler component engaged therewith for releasably fixing the template component intermediate the ends of each ruler component. |
