<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing a parking lot by a management center at a remote location, capable of easily reducing a management cost and equipment cost of the parking lot while reducing burdens on a user. <P>SOLUTION: In the parking lot, a ticket issuing machine is installed for ciphering real data that a user can directly interpret into cipher data that the user cannot interpret but can unambiguously pronounce, printing the real data and the cipher data on a parking ticket and issuing the printed parking ticket to the user. In the management center, a deciphering device 180 is installed for, when the voice uttered by the user reading the cipher data on the parking ticket, transmitted from the user through a telephone and received in the management center is inputted, deciphering the cipher data indicated by the voice and restoring the real data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
