<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition capable of effectively suppressing surface defects or surface roughness of a coating film of the composition when the coating film is dried under reduced pressure, and to provide a color filter having a pattern formed by using the colored photosensitive resin composition, and a liquid crystal display unit having the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a photopolymerizable compound (A), a photopolymerization initiator (B), a colorant (C), and a solvent (S). The solvent (S) comprises at least one kind of low boiling point solvent (L) having a boiling point of lower than 170°C, at least one kind of first high boiling point solvent (H1) having a boiling point of 170°C or higher and lower than 180°C, and at least one kind of second high boiling point solvent (H2) having a boiling point of 180°C or higher. The proportions of the low boiling point solvent (L) in the solvent (S), the first high boiling point solvent (H1) in the solvent (S) and the second high boiling point solvent (H2) in the solvent (S) are 15 mass% or more and less than 35 mass%, 60 to 85 mass%, and 0.1 to 10 mass%, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
