<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker that bakes a loaf of square bread having a stable bread performance without reducing safety of an automatic bread maker body. <P>SOLUTION: After mixing and kneading steps of bread-making process are terminated, a bread case 7 is taken out from the automatic bread maker body 1. An ingredient of bread (dough) in the bread case 7 is moved to a bread case 20 designed for the square bread, and the bread case 20 designed for the square bread is installed in the automatic bread maker body 1.
