<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize equalization control which is capable of coordinating end voltages, which respective battery cells reach, even if there exists variation in internal resistance, relating to a battery pack in which a plurality of battery cells are connected. <P>SOLUTION: A battery pack 101 is constituted by connecting, for example, in series a plurality of battery cells 102. A cell balance part 103 equalizes voltages of the plurality of battery cells 102 against the battery pack 101. A cell monitoring part 104 monitors at least voltage and current of respective battery cells 102. A correction voltage calculating part 105 calculates a correction voltage corresponding to an internal resistance of the battery cells 102 to be equalized. A cell balance control part 106 further corrects an end voltage of equalization control which corresponds to the battery cell 102, and causes the cell balance part 103 to perform voltage equalization control so that a correction end voltage comes to be a target value of control end while monitoring a voltage of the battery cell 102 through the battery cell monitoring part 104. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
