<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of reducing the processing loads of a main control means while diversifying display presentations. <P>SOLUTION: A Pachinko game machine 10 includes a main controller 71 for generally managing a game. When a variation start condition is satisfied, the main controller 71 determines the variable display time and variation pattern of symbols to be variably displayed on a symbol display device 41 and the type of the symbol to be finally stop-displayed or the like, and outputs a stop pattern command and a variation pattern command to a sub controller 65. The sub controller 65 determines detailed display contents such as the symbols of respective symbol columns to be finally stop-displayed when the stop pattern command and the variation pattern command are input.
